About The Position

The Shift Lead supports daily restaurant operations by guiding team members, ensuring consistent execution of company standards, and delivering an outstanding guest experience. This role acts as the leader on duty and works closely with management to maintain quality, service, and operational efficiency.

The position is with Jersey Mike’s, operated by Sizzling Platter LLC, in Madison, Wisconsin. It is listed as full-time or part-time, with pay of $14–$15 per hour. Responsibilities

• Lead and support Crew Members during shifts to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Provide coaching, direction, and real-time feedback to team members.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure product quality, accuracy, and presentation meet company standards.
• Monitor and enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness requirements.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reporting.
• Delegate tasks effectively to maintain productivity during peak business periods.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment.
• Perform Crew Member responsibilities as needed, including food preparation and guest service.
