About The Position

ModWash is seeking a Shift Lead to support daily operations at a car wash location. Key holders handle opening and closing responsibilities when scheduled, deliver an excellent customer experience, and work with the team to drive membership sales. They explain membership benefits and package options, help customers choose the right service, maintain site standards, and support employee productivity and safety.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and greet customers with a friendly attitude.
• Present ModWash packages and explain the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.
• Safely guide customers through package and membership options.
• Engage with customers before and after their wash to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with and encourage the team to meet sales goals.
• Perform opening and closing site responsibilities when scheduled.
• Maintain site standards of service.
• Maintain on-site equipment and troubleshoot issues when needed.
• Help oversee employee productivity, breaks, and safety.
• Seek ways to improve the business.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures.
• Keep facilities clean and presentable.
