About The Position

The Delivery Driver follows Domino’s Pizza’s minimum performance expectations while working. The role includes delivering orders and providing polite, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable service to phone and carryout customers. Drivers must follow delivery procedures, maintain a neat and clean vehicle with a positive image, and complete the Safe Delivery CBT. Orders must be repeated for accuracy, with the customer’s name and address confirmed.

Requirements

• Must have completed the Safe Delivery CBT.
• Must have $1 in coin change for every delivery.
• Must say, “Let me get your change” on every order.
• Must not carry more than $20 while on the clock, including personal money.
• Must not carry a pocket knife or any weapon while working.
• Must follow the specified delivery procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide polite and courteous assistance to phone and carryout customers, and be helpful and knowledgeable about the menu.
• Demonstrate the customer WOW steps: apologize, give customers what they want, and give them something extra.
• Keep the delivery vehicle neat and clean and maintain a positive image while working.
• Carry $1 in coin change on every delivery and say, “Let me get your change” on every order.
• Do not carry more than $20 while on the clock, including personal money.
• Do not route deliveries early or check in early from a delivery.
• Repeat every order for accuracy and confirm the customer’s name and address.
• Complete the Safe Delivery CBT.
