About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring delivery drivers to serve customers in the designated delivery area. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for career advancement, including progression into management and franchise ownership. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. In addition to delivery duties, team members perform general store tasks such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients and supplies, preparing products, receiving and processing orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Drivers deliver products by car and carry them to customers’ doors, and may also distribute flyers and door hangers. The position involves working in a store environment and outdoors in varying weather conditions, as well as navigating delivery locations that may include private homes, adverse terrain, and multi-story buildings.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must be able to read maps, locate addresses within the delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
Ability to comprehend and provide correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers by phone and in person to process orders.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including standing, walking, lifting and carrying items, reaching, and navigating stairs when required.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within the designated delivery area.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Navigate to addresses using map-reading and navigation skills, including in adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
Operate store equipment and stock ingredients and supplies in storage and work areas.
Prepare products and receive and process telephone and in-person orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Carry products during deliveries, including while walking and climbing.
