About The Position
Happy People Pizza, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring an Assistant Manager with ambition to advance into a General Manager role. The company provides a paid training program; prior pizza experience is not required. The position offers opportunities to build management and customer-service experience, advance within a company with 56 stores across the US, and participate in community fundraising and charitable initiatives. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- At least one year of management experience is required.
- Must be available to open or close.
- No pizza experience is required; training is provided.
- For business driving, an 18-year-old must have proof of at least two years of driving history immediately preceding the MVR evaluation; a 19-year-old must have proof of at least one year. A documented learner’s-permit period may count toward driving history.
- For business driving, no more than two driving-related violations in the preceding two years, no more than three in the preceding three years, and no more than one at-fault accident in the preceding three years.
- For business driving, disqualifying violations include leaving the scene of an accident or hit and run, reckless driving, driving violations involving drugs or alcohol, vehicular homicide or assault, unlawful racing or exhibition driving, and eluding or attempting to elude an officer.
- Must have an officially stated driver’s license to drive for Domino’s.
Responsibilities
- Help lead store operations and the team as an Assistant Manager.
- Be available to open or close the store.
- Support community fundraising, provide food to people in need, and support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
- Meet applicable driving-history and driving-record requirements if operating a motor vehicle for business purposes.
