About The Position

The Shift/Floor Supervisor works under the general supervision of the Production Manager and directs production line personnel to meet daily production goals. The role provides leadership and training, maintains product quality and equipment speeds, and supports efficient shift operations. The position is full-time, with overtime built in, and starts at $24 per hour depending on experience. There are four openings. Applicants must be willing and able to pass a background check and hair follicle drug test before hire.

Requirements

• College degree in an applicable field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and training to ensure efficient, maximum utilization of available resources.
• Keep processed and packaged items within established quality standards.
• Monitor and maintain equipment speeds at established production specifications.
• Ensure forms, paperwork, and records are completed on time.
• Maximize production efficiency and yields by monitoring shift equipment and personnel, minimizing downtime through effective changeover procedures, and guiding maintenance coordination during shift operations.
• Implement and maintain adherence to the corporate safety program for the assigned shift.
• Perform other job-related projects, duties, and assignments as directed by Plant Management.
