About The Position

The Floor Supervisor has complete oversight of the gaming floor during their assigned shift. The role monitors floor operations to ensure tables run smoothly and without error, and provides supervisory support to team members. The supervisor also manages team performance, projects, employee time and attendance, and employee relations.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a supervisor or in a related field.
• Technical proficiency.
• High level of organization.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a game presenter or shuffler is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor team performance and ensure KPIs and expectations are met.
• Work with operations to support the success of the team and operations.
• Manage projects and deadlines.
• Manage, supervise, coach, and motivate the team.
• Maintain employee time and attendance records.
• Handle employee relations within the team, including disciplinary cases.
• Oversee gaming-floor operations during the assigned shift and ensure tables run smoothly without error.
