About The Position

Tommy Bahama is seeking a Floor Supervisor to support store leadership and represent the brand. The role helps create a collaborative, upbeat store environment, supports the team in achieving goals, and ensures guests receive world-class service. The supervisor executes merchandising and visual standards, establishes performance expectations, coaches team members, shares brand direction and product knowledge, and helps hire, onboard, and develop a strong team.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail experience, including exposure to retail merchandising and visual concepts.
• Experience supervising a team in a management capacity.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• A get-things-done mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills adaptable to a variety of styles.
• Ability to collaborate, identify opportunities, and take initiative.
• Ability to lift and/or move approximately 50 pounds frequently.
• Frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling.
• Ability to climb ladders occasionally.
• Ability to stand routinely for the duration of a shift, up to 8 hours.
• Willingness to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising and visual standards to create an inviting destination for guests.
• Determine performance expectations, provide coaching, and design internal growth programs.
• Communicate brand direction and share product knowledge about current seasonal trends.
• Hire and develop team members to build a collaborative team and drive key results.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the business.
