About The Position

The JM Family College Internship Program provides college students with meaningful work experiences related to their studies. Interns contribute to their teams, learn about JM Family’s companies and culture, and build skills through learning opportunities and networking events. The program is scheduled for May 24, 2027 through July 30, 2027, and the ideal candidate will be available to work full-time during that period.

The SET Sales Operations Intern supports initiatives that help the team make informed, data-driven decisions and improve its programs. The intern gains practical, hands-on experience with Sales Operations processes and initiatives in a collaborative business environment, while contributing fresh perspectives and insights. Interns also learn about JM Family’s core values: Consideration, Cooperation, Communication, Innovation, and Accountability.

Requirements

• Be actively enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s, or other degree-seeking program at an accredited college or university.
• Have completed at least one semester of coursework.
• Be available to work full-time during the Summer Internship Program, May 24, 2027 through July 30, 2027.
• Students from any major or field of study may apply; candidates in relevant or related fields are considered.

Nice To Haves

• Power BI proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support reporting and analytics activities for the Sales Operations team.
• Assist with recognition program initiatives and related activities.
• Participate in and support in-dealership training activities.
• Contribute fresh perspectives and additional insights that support team goals.
• Gain hands-on experience with Sales Operations processes and initiatives.
• Participate in on-the-job interviews as part of potential future candidate considerations.
