The Department of Management at the University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM) is seeking a Sessional Lecturer for the MGT354 Consumer Behaviour course for the Fall 2026 academic term. This position is posted in accordance with the CUPE 3902, Unit 3 Collective Agreement. The course focuses on understanding consumers' cultures, motivations, cognitions, and emotions to formulate successful marketing strategies. Students will learn to apply theoretical perspectives from various disciplines to predict consumer behavior and develop marketing analysis skills. The appointment period is from September 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The minimum stipend rate is $9,997.47 for a 0.5 Full Course Equivalent (FCE). Applicants are expected to have superior teaching ability, relevant academic and/or professional qualifications, and demonstrated teaching excellence. Preference will be given to qualified individuals advanced to the rank of Sessional Lecturer II or III.
