About The Position

The Department of English in the College of Arts and Science and the Gwenna Moss Centre for Teaching and Learning invite applications for a Sessional Lecturer to teach off-campus courses during the 2026-2027 Regular Session. The courses offered are ENG 113.3 (Literature and Composition: Reading Narrative) in Term 1 and ENG 114.3 (Literature and Composition: Reading Culture) in Term 2. These courses will be delivered as In Person Lectures at various college locations including Suncrest College in Melfort and Yorkton, and North West College in North Battleford. Appointment periods include additional days for preparation and marking. Courses may be cancelled due to low enrollment. Requirements

Minimum of a Master’s degree or equivalent in English or related discipline.
Possession of relevant teaching or professional experience.
A valid driver’s license is required for any off-campus courses.

Teach ENG 113.3 (C51) Literature and Composition: Reading Narrative at North West College; North Battleford, SK during Term 1 (September 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026).
Teach ENG 113.3 (C61) Literature and Composition: Reading Narrative at Suncrest College; Yorkton, SK during Term 1 (September 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026).
Teach ENG 114.3 (C10) Literature and Composition: Reading Culture at Suncrest College; Melfort, SK during Term 2 (January 1, 2027 to April 30, 2027).
Teach ENG 114.3 (C50) Literature and Composition: Reading Culture at North West College; North Battleford, SK during Term 2 (January 1, 2027 to April 30, 2027).
Teach ENG 114.3 (C60) Literature and Composition: Reading Culture at Suncrest College; Yorkton, SK during Term 2 (January 1, 2027 to April 30, 2027).
