About The Position

The Department of Biology in the College of Arts and Science and the Gwenna Moss Centre for Teaching and Learning invite applications for a Sessional Lecturer to teach off-campus BIOL 120 courses during the 2026-2027 Regular Session. These courses are part of the 'The Nature of Life' curriculum and will be offered in Term 1 (September 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026). The courses are delivered in person with specific schedules and enrollment limits for each location: Suncrest College in Melfort, North West College in North Battleford, Suncrest College in Yorkton, and Southeast College in Weyburn. A valid driver's license is required for these off-campus positions. Appointment periods include additional days for preparation and marking. Courses may be cancelled due to low enrollment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Master’s degree or equivalent in Biology or related discipline.
  • Possession of relevant teaching or professional experience.
  • A valid driver's license is required for off-campus courses.
