About The Position
This is a sessional instructional assistant position for MGT100-Fundamentals of Management for the Fall 2026 semester. The appointment is from September 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The courses may be delivered online or in person, and candidates must be comfortable with both. This job is posted in accordance with the CUPE 3902 Unit 3 Collective Agreement. Some vacancy announcements are tentative, pending final course determinations and enrollment.
Requirements
- Completion of Undergraduate degree
- Strong academic background in management
- Previous TA experience in this course
- Experience in marking is required
- Previous experience is the more relevant criterion than the need to acquire experience in respect of this posted position
- Must be available and comfortable with both online and in-person course delivery
- Must be signed in to your account to apply

Responsibilities
- Assist in grading assignments
- Proctoring final exam
- Invigilate tests and exams as required
- Holds tutorials and office hours
- Other duties as assigned
