About The Position

This position is for a Sessional Instructional Assistant for RSM350 - Marketing Management. The role involves assisting with grading, proctoring and invigilating exams, holding tutorials and office hours, and performing other assigned duties. Candidates must be available and comfortable with both online and in-person course delivery, and duties will be performed at the campus where the position is located. This posting is in accordance with the CUPE 3902 Unit 3 Collective Agreement and is open to Graduate Students in the School of Graduate Studies, Postdoctoral Fellows, and Undergraduate Students at the University of Toronto. Preference will be given to Graduate Students enrolled in or applying to the School of Graduate Studies.

Requirements

• Strong academic background in Marketing
• Familiarity of the course
• Familiarity with the course materials
• Familiarity with supporting educational concepts
• Must be in person
• Must be available and comfortable with both online and in-person course delivery

Nice To Haves

• Previous TA experience
• Professional marketing experience

Responsibilities

• Assist in grading assignments
