About The Position
This position is for a Sessional Instructional Assistant (SIA) for the Marketing of Services course (RSM414) at the School of Management, University of Toronto. The SIA will be responsible for assisting with course delivery and support. The role requires the candidate to be in person for certain duties, although courses may be online or in person. The sessional appointment is from September 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026.
Requirements
- Graduate degree with a strong academic background in Marketing
- Must be in person for certain duties
- Must be available and comfortable with both online and in-person course delivery

Responsibilities
- Assist in grading assignments
- Proctoring final exam
- Invigilate tests and exams as required
- Hold tutorials and office hours
- Other duties as assigned
