About The Position
This is a sessional instructional assistant position for the RSM2511 Fintech Founders Journey course, scheduled for the Fall 2026 semester. The appointment dates are from September 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The role requires the assistant to be physically present for their duties. Requirements
- MBA graduate who took RSM 2511
- Strong academic background in Marketing
- Experience with technology or startups
- Must be in person
- Available and comfortable with both online and in-person courses
- Must be a Graduate Student in the School of Graduate Studies, a Postdoctoral Fellow, or an Undergraduate Student at the University of Toronto
- Preference will be given to Graduate Students enrolled in or who have applied to be enrolled in the School of Graduate Studies of the University of Toronto

- Need to acquire experience
- Previous experience
- Previous satisfactory employment under the provisions of this collective agreement
Nice To Haves
- Work experience in financial services preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist in grading assignments
- Proctoring final exam
- Invigilate tests and exams as required
- Holds tutorials and office hours
- Other duties as assigned
