About The Position
This is a sessional instructional assistant position for the course 'Futures Thinking: Dvlp.Business Foresight' (RSM2517) for the Fall 2026 term. The appointment is from September 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The role involves assisting with grading, proctoring exams, holding tutorials and office hours, and other assigned duties. Candidates must be available and comfortable with both online and in-person course delivery. The duties are to be performed on campus.
Requirements
- Completion of Graduate degree
- Strong academic background in Business Design, Business (e.g. MBA), Marketing, or related field
- Must be in person
Nice To Haves
- Industry experience preferred
- Familiarity with the course materials
- Familiarity with supporting educational concepts including familiarity with strategic foresight and futures thinking
Responsibilities
- Assist in grading assignments
- Proctoring final exam
- Invigilate tests and exams as required
- Holds tutorials and office hours
- Other duties as assigned
