ServiceNow Mid-Level Developer
About The Position
Everforth ECS is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Mid-Level Developer to design and implement HR Service Delivery solutions with deep Microsoft 365 integration expertise. The developer will lead technical projects, optimize employee experiences, and build connections between ServiceNow and the Microsoft ecosystem. The role includes developing and maintaining ServiceNow HRSD modules and automated HR workflows, creating employee self-service portals and knowledge base solutions, and integrating with HRIS systems. It also involves integrating ServiceNow with Microsoft services and applications, including Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Microsoft Graph API, and Power Platform. The developer will lead technical design and architecture decisions, mentor developers, enforce coding standards, troubleshoot complex integrations and workflows, document processes, and train HR staff.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of ServiceNow development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience with ServiceNow HRSD/Employee Service Center.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Proven experience integrating Microsoft applications, including Azure AD, Teams, and Microsoft 365.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Graph API and Azure services.
- Expertise in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services.
- Understanding of HR processes and data privacy requirements.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain ServiceNow HRSD modules, including Employee Service Center, Case Management, and Lifecycle Events.
- Develop automated workflows for onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and employee requests.
- Create employee self-service portals and knowledge base solutions.
- Integrate ServiceNow with HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and ADP.
- Integrate ServiceNow with Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and Teams.
- Build Teams bots for HR case notifications and approvals.
- Connect SharePoint for document management and Outlook for calendar events.
- Use Microsoft Graph API for data synchronization.
- Implement Power Platform integrations, including Power Automate and Power BI.
- Lead technical design and architecture decisions.
- Mentor developers and enforce coding standards.
- Troubleshoot complex integrations and workflows.
- Document processes and train HR staff.
