About The Position

Uline is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and enhance its ServiceNow platform. The role builds scalable applications and workflows that support business processes across Uline’s North American company. The position is based at Uline’s corporate headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, and all positions are on-site.

The developer works with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, supports integrations with enterprise systems, and helps ensure the platform’s applications are reliable and perform well. Uline describes itself as a family-owned distributor with over 10,000 employees across 15 locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow development tools, integrations, and platform customization.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience developing and supporting ServiceNow applications preferred.
• Experience with ITSM, ITIL processes, and ServiceNow workflow automation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to support business objectives.
• Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform using scripting, integrations, and low-code development tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems to improve data flow and automation.
• Test, troubleshoot, and resolve platform issues while ensuring application performance and reliability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, development standards, and best practices for ongoing platform support.
