About The Position

You want to shape the future of enterprise automation at the intersection of ServiceNow and Generative AI? As a ServiceNow Developer AI at Netlution, you will develop customized, AI-powered platform solutions and implement production-ready AI use cases for demanding client environments. You will conceptualize, develop, and implement intelligent AI solutions on the ServiceNow platform using Now Assist, AI Agent Studio, and AI Skills. You will create custom apps, develop complex interfaces via Integration Hub and REST/SOAP APIs, and automate workflows in Flow Designer. You will contextually control the behavior of Large Language Models (LLMs), develop precise prompts, and seamlessly integrate Generative AI into existing corporate processes. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of enterprise AI solutions – from development and automated testing to compliance with security, compliance, and governance standards. You will advise our clients technically and strategically in identifying, evaluating, and implementing AI potentials.

Requirements

A degree in (Business) Informatics or an apprenticeship in Informatics/Application Development or equivalent.
At least 2 years of professional experience in development on the ServiceNow platform.
Excellent knowledge of JavaScript.
Practical project experience with Now Assist or comparable GenAI initiatives on ServiceNow.
Deep understanding of Prompt Engineering, Context Engineering, and LLM behavior.
Experience with AI Agent Studio, Agentic Workflows, and securing AI applications in production environments (Testing, Security, AI Governance).
Fluent German and good English skills.

Responsibilities
