AI Product Engineer (m/w/d)
About The Position
The AI Product Engineer works with customers to develop concrete AI use cases and translate business requirements into technical solutions. The role evaluates the technical feasibility of AI solutions and supports customer projects from initial ideas and proofs of concept through to production rollout. It also identifies customer solutions that could become scalable products or services, plans sprints and releases with the development team, and monitors the AI market to bring new opportunities into product development. The position is with Nordic AI Solutions GmbH, which helps organizations integrate artificial intelligence into their processes, teams, and business models.
Requirements
- Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field.
- Enthusiasm for artificial intelligence and interest in helping organizations adopt AI-supported ways of working.
- Practical software development experience; the posting ideally seeks at least 2–3 years.
- Confident command of at least one programming language, such as Python, C#, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Understanding of good software development practices and principles, including Clean Code, SOLID, DRY, KISS, and Separation of Concerns.
- Experience with Git, code reviews, automated testing, and structured API development and integration.
- Communicative and team-oriented.
- Very good German language skills.
Nice To Haves
- Initial experience as a Product Owner.
- A PSPO or CSPO certification.
- Good English language skills.
Responsibilities
