Seamless Migration is seeking a career and customer-oriented ServiceNow Delivery Specialist to join their team. This role involves supporting the delivery, testing, deployment, and adoption of ServiceNow solutions across federal customers. The specialist will partner with customers, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements, develop user stories, and ensure business needs are accurately represented throughout implementation efforts. Key activities include reviewing and validating requirements, developing and executing testing, coordinating release planning and deployment, troubleshooting issues, tracking defects, monitoring deployments, facilitating customer meetings, supporting change management and adoption, recommending process improvements, and supporting Agile delivery teams.
