About The Position

cTrace Solutions is seeking an IT Program Delivery Coordinator in Seattle, WA. This role offers competitive pay, weekly compensation, and a Sign-on bonus. The initial contract position is through August 31, 2026, and will be extended in the new budget year starting September 1, 2026. This is a remote/hybrid position.

Requirements

• 5+ years coordinating IT operations, projects, or enterprise service delivery
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM/work management platforms
• Experience supporting Agile, Scrum, or Kanban delivery workflows
• Experience coordinating releases, system changes, and UAT activities
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Strong organizational, documentation, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Nice To Haves

• K–12/public sector experience
• PMP/Agile/ITIL certifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT operations, projects, and resources
• Manage incidents, requests, releases, and system changes
• Run Agile processes (stand-ups, sprints, backlog)
• Support testing, deployments, and upgrades
• Improve processes, workflows, and SLAs
• Maintain documentation and ServiceNow dashboards
• Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and vendors
