About The Position

cTrace Solutions is seeking an IT Program Delivery Coordinator in Seattle, WA. This role offers competitive pay, weekly compensation, and a sign-on bonus. The initial contract position is through August 31, 2026, and will be extended in the new budget year starting September 1, 2026. The role involves coordinating IT operations, projects, and resources, managing incidents, requests, releases, and system changes, running Agile processes, supporting testing, deployments, and upgrades, improving processes, workflows, and SLAs, maintaining documentation and ServiceNow dashboards, and collaborating with IT teams, business units, and vendors.

Requirements

• 5+ years coordinating IT operations, projects, or enterprise service delivery
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM/work management platforms
• Experience supporting Agile, Scrum, or Kanban delivery workflows
• Experience coordinating releases, system changes, and UAT activities
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Strong organizational, documentation, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities
