About The Position
The Service TM provides friendly customer service in a retail store, helping customers shop, locate products, and find solutions. The role delivers fast, friendly checkout service and supports truck unloading, stocking, merchandise recovery, store maintenance, and other store operations. Team members also assist with online order processes, customer programs, safety and shrink initiatives, and custom framing sales and production. The position is seasonal and involves working in a public retail setting, with hours that may include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to remain standing for long periods and move throughout the store.
- Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly.
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.

Responsibilities
- Help customers shop, locate products, and find solutions.
- Provide fast, friendly checkout service and handle cash according to standards.
- Explain the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, and complete enrollments.
- Educate customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
- Assist with omnichannel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
- Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
- Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including returns and general store recovery, to help maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store.
- Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and ad-set duties as assigned.
- Support shrink and safety programs.
- Follow standard operating procedures, company programs, policies, and standards to comply with applicable laws and requirements.
- Interact respectfully and positively with others, promote the organization’s vision and values, and serve as a role model for other Team Members.
- Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
