About The Position

The Seasonal TM provides friendly customer service, helps customers shop and locate products, and delivers a fast, friendly checkout experience. The role supports store operations through truck unloading, stocking, merchandise recovery, planogram and ad-set activities, and omnichannel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Team members also support store safety and shrink programs, follow company policies and procedures, and are cross-trained in Custom Framing sales and production. The position is based in a public retail store; work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old.
Meet applicable federal, state, and local legal requirements for the job.
Ability to remain standing for long periods and move throughout the store.
Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly, including lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.

Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Help customers shop, locate products, and find solutions.
Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash according to standards.
Explain the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
Educate customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
Assist with omnichannel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including returns and general store recovery, to maintain a well-merchandised and in-stock store.
Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and ad-set duties as assigned.
Support shrink and safety programs.
Follow standard operating procedures and company programs, policies, and standards to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
Interact with others respectfully, remain positive in difficult situations, promote the organization’s vision and values, and serve as a positive role model for other team members.
Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.
Perform other duties as assigned.
