About The Position

Ferrellgas is seeking a dependable, hands-on Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair propane systems so customers’ homes and businesses remain safe and operational. The technician serves customers by responding to service needs, resolving problems, and providing safety and service information. The role may also involve safely transporting and delivering propane, assisting with appliance service, and making deliveries according to customer demand. Starting pay is $31.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications; commission or incentive pay may be available based on role and plan eligibility.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the United States.
Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

Three or more years of related service or technical experience.
CDL Class B with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain propane systems and equipment for residential and commercial customers.
Respond to emergency calls and perform system testing to ensure safety compliance.
Safely load, transport, and deliver propane as needed.
Answer customer questions and share safety and service information.
Assist with appliance service and deliveries when needed based on customer demand.
