Service Technician
About The Position
As a Pest Control Technician with Insight Pest Solutions, you’ll be the face of the company and trusted by customers to protect their homes and families. The main focus is providing outstanding pest control services while maintaining a winning attitude and proactive mindset. Technicians may earn commission by recommending services to new and existing customers along their route. The role includes treating homes, resolving pest issues, and introducing prospective customers to services. The company provides a fully equipped company vehicle, training, support, and coaching from industry leaders. This is year-round work, with a day shift schedule Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely maneuver and navigate through crawlspaces and attics.
- Must pass a drug screen.
- Obtain a local Pesticide License; training and testing fees are covered by the company.
- Dependable and service-driven, with enthusiasm for a company culture focused on excellence.
