About The Position

Timbrook Ford is seeking a Powersports Service Technician to join its service team. The technician diagnoses, maintains, and repairs motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, personal watercraft, and other powersports vehicles. The role includes routine maintenance, troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and fuel system issues, and accurately documenting completed work. The technician works with service advisors and customers to explain issues and repairs, keeps the work area clean and safe, and stays current on models and repair techniques through training. This is a full-time position with growth potential in a supportive, team-based environment.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience with motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, or personal watercraft.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically active role.
• High school diploma or GED.

• Technical training or certifications in powersports repair.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair a variety of powersports vehicles.
• Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, brake service, and tune-ups.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and fuel system issues.
• Accurately complete repair orders and document services performed.
• Work with service advisors and customers to explain issues and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Stay current on new models and repair techniques through training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
