About The Position

Timbrook Ford is seeking a Reconditioning Technician to inspect, repair, and detail vehicles so they meet dealership standards. The role includes cosmetic improvements and minor repairs, maintaining tools and a safe work area, and coordinating with the Service and Sales teams to prepare vehicles for the dealership lot. Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles and identify necessary repairs or cosmetic improvements.
• Perform paint touch-ups, minor bodywork, dent removal, and scratch repairs.
• Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors to dealership standards.
• Replace or repair worn or damaged parts, such as trim, molding, and lights.
• Maintain tools and equipment in a clean, safe working environment.
• Assist with vehicle inspections and report on reconditioning progress.
• Work with Service and Sales to prepare vehicles for the lot.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
