About The Position

Handi Medical is seeking a dedicated DME delivery technician to deliver, set up, and maintain life-sustaining and life-enhancing medical equipment. The technician supports patients in their homes by providing expert technical service and compassionate education, helping them feel confident and supported while using their equipment. The role involves safely transporting and installing medical equipment, including oxygen, mobility aids, and hospital beds; teaching patients how to use equipment; conducting safety inspections and repairs; assisting patients and caregivers with questions and troubleshooting; and maintaining accurate records and clean inventory.

Requirements

Genuine desire to help others and commitment to the organization’s mission.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex tasks simply.
Ability to lift and maneuver equipment weighing up to 75 pounds.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
High school diploma or GED.

Prior healthcare or delivery experience.
