About The Position

The Service Team Member ensures “Best in Class” customer service from start to finish. The role includes helping prepare food, maintaining cleanliness, greeting and assisting customers with orders, processing orders efficiently, suggestive selling, and handling payment and cash transactions accurately and professionally. Team members work collaboratively with restaurant colleagues and management to meet operational goals, maintain a positive work environment, and uphold company standards. Food preparation may include assembling menu items, shredding chicken, preparing salsa or dressing, and packing condiments, in accordance with company recipes and procedures. Requirements

Previous customer service or food service experience is preferred but not required.
