About The Position

The Service Team Member delivers friendly customer service, helps customers shop and locate products, and provides solutions. The role ensures fast, friendly checkout and supports store operations through truck unloading, stocking, merchandise recovery, and maintenance. Team members also assist with omnichannel fulfillment, store presentation, inventory processes, shrink and safety programs, and company procedures. The position is cross-trained in Custom Framing sales and production and may include other assigned duties. This role is based in a public retail store. Public areas are climate controlled, while some stock rooms may not be. Work may take place outdoors when retrieving shopping carts or unloading trucks. The frame shop includes a glass cutter and heat press. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and satisfy applicable federal, state, and local legal requirements. The total base pay range is $16.90–$19.70. The role may be eligible for overtime compensation in accordance with state and local laws. Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old.

Ability to remain standing for long periods.
Ability to move throughout the store.
Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly.
Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.

Responsibilities

Help customers shop, locate products, and find solutions.
Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash according to standards.
Explain the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
Educate customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
Assist with omnichannel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including merchandise returns and general store recovery, to maintain a well-merchandised and in-stock store.
Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
Support shrink and safety programs.
Follow standard operating procedures, company programs, policies, and standards to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, remain positive in difficult situations, promote the organization’s vision and values, and serve as a positive role model for other Team Members.
Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.
Perform other duties as assigned.
