The Service Team Member is part of the restaurant service team, which represents the restaurant and creates a positive guest experience. The role engages with guests and expedites food while ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency. Requirements

Excellent guest-service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment for up to 8 or more hours per shift.
Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work with sharp kitchen tools when assigned to a prep position.

Responsibilities

Follow Tokyo Joes operational policies and procedures, including cash-handling and safety/security practices, to help ensure team-member safety during each shift.
Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items and help make fresh ingredients available daily.
Serve food to guests courteously and promptly.
Prepare food items quickly and accurately.
Follow sanitation and safety procedures, including proper knife handling and kitchen-equipment practices.
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, including proper setup and breakdown of the dining room, restrooms, kitchen, and prep areas.
Handle guest concerns and complaints effectively.
Work as part of a team to prepare the restaurant for each shift.
Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge in a way that promotes Tokyo Joes’ culture.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Contribute to a positive team environment.
