About The Position

Topgolf is seeking a fun-loving, dedicated, and caring Service Support Playmaker to help deliver excellent experiences for Players and fellow Playmakers. The role is suited to someone who enjoys a fast-paced, collaborative environment and brings a positive attitude, teamwork, and a strong focus on Players. Previous hospitality or entertainment experience is a plus, but not required.

Service Support Playmakers greet Players, deliver food and drinks to bays, assist with non-alcoholic beverages, and maintain clean, stocked service areas. They also bus bays and tables, fold napkins to Topgolf standards, and help the team with restocking, tee-line support, and cleaning common areas. The role requires following safety and sanitation standards and upholding Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring.

This is an active, physically demanding role in a high-volume environment. Team members may lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds, transport food trays across different elevations and stairs, and spend most of the shift on their feet. Lifting, bending, stooping, carrying, walking, and sustained physical activity are part of the work.

Responsibilities

• Greet every Player with a smile and friendly energy.
• Deliver food and drinks efficiently to bays so Players have what they need.
• Assist in preparing non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain clean and stocked service areas.
• Bus bays and tables and fold napkins to Topgolf standards.
• Support the team where needed, including restocking stations, helping on the tee line, and keeping common areas clean.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards and keep the work area clean, safe, and compliant.
