About The Position
Topgolf is hiring a Service Support Playmaker to help create fun, welcoming experiences for Players and support fellow team members in a fast-paced entertainment environment. The role involves greeting Players, delivering food and drinks to bays, helping prepare non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining service areas, and assisting wherever the team needs support. Service Support Playmakers are expected to follow safety and sanitation standards and embody Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring. This is an active position requiring frequent movement and work on your feet. Duties include lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds, transporting food trays across different elevations and stairs, and performing tasks such as bending, stooping, and walking throughout a shift. The role calls for someone able to maintain pace in a high-volume environment.

- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds, including carrying food trays up and down elevations and stairs.

- Ability to sustain an active pace during long shifts and tasks.

- Previous hospitality or entertainment experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet every Player with a smile and friendly energy.
- Deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently and ensure Players have what they need.
- Assist in preparing non-alcoholic beverages.
- Keep service areas clean and stocked.
- Bus bays and tables and fold napkins to Topgolf standards.
- Support the team as needed, including restocking stations, helping on the tee line, and cleaning common areas.
- Follow safety and sanitation standards and keep the work area clean, safe, and compliant.
