Service Support
About The Position
Topgolf is hiring a Service Support Playmaker to help create enjoyable experiences for Players in a fast-paced, collaborative entertainment environment. The role involves greeting Players, delivering food and drinks to bays, supporting service-area upkeep, and assisting fellow Playmakers wherever needed. Team members are expected to provide friendly, attentive service and uphold Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring while following safety and sanitation standards. This is an active, physically demanding role in a high-volume environment. It requires working on your feet for most of the shift, moving among tasks, and handling items weighing up to 50 pounds, including transporting food trays across different elevations and stairs. Day, night, and weekend shifts may be available, and the position may suit either part-time or full-time seekers.
Requirements

- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds, including food trays across elevations and stairs.
- Comfort with lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying.
- Ability to remain on your feet for most of the shift and walk throughout the shift.
- Ability to keep pace during long shifts and sustained tasks.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Greet every Player with a smile and friendly energy.
- Deliver food and drinks efficiently to bays so Players have what they need.
- Assist in preparing non-alcoholic beverages.
- Maintain clean and stocked service areas.
- Bus bays and tables and fold napkins to Topgolf standards.
- Support the team as needed by restocking stations, helping on the tee line, and keeping common areas clean.
- Follow safety and sanitation standards and keep the work area clean, safe, and compliant.
