About The Position

Topgolf is hiring Service Support Playmakers to help create an enjoyable experience for Players in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role involves greeting Players, delivering food and drinks to bays, assisting with non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining clean and stocked service areas, bussing bays and tables, and folding napkins to Topgolf standards. Service Support team members also assist with restocking, tee-line support, and keeping common areas clean as needed. They follow safety and sanitation standards, maintain a clean and compliant work area, and demonstrate Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring.

The position is physically active and requires lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds, including carrying food trays up and down elevations and stairs. Team members spend most of the shift on their feet and regularly walk, lift, bend, stoop, and carry in a high-volume work environment. Hospitality or entertainment experience is a plus, but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet every Player with a smile and friendly energy.
• Deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently and ensure Players have what they need.
• Assist in preparing non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain clean and stocked service areas.
• Bus bays and tables and fold napkins to Topgolf standards.
• Support the team as needed, including restocking stations, helping on the tee line, and cleaning common areas.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards and keep the work area clean, safe, and compliant.
• Demonstrate Topgolf’s values and help create a positive experience for Players and fellow Playmakers.
