About The Position

Topgolf is seeking fun-loving, dedicated, and caring hourly team members for a fast-paced, collaborative entertainment environment. Service Support Playmakers help deliver an enjoyable experience for Players by providing friendly service, delivering food and drinks to bays, maintaining service areas, and supporting the team wherever needed. The role emphasizes teamwork, player focus, safety, sanitation, and Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring.

Requirements

Ability to stay calm and work effectively in a popular, high-volume environment.
Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds, including transporting food trays across elevations and stairs.
Comfort with lifting, bending, stooping, carrying, walking, and remaining on one’s feet for most of the day.
Ability to stay active and maintain pace during a long shift or extended tasks.

Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment.

Responsibilities

Greet every Player with a smile and friendly energy.
Deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently and ensure Players have what they need.
Assist in preparing non-alcoholic beverages.
Maintain clean and stocked service areas.
Bus bays and tables and fold napkins to Topgolf standards.
Support the team by restocking stations, helping on the tee line, and keeping common areas clean.
Follow safety and sanitation standards and keep the work area clean, safe, and compliant.
