About The Position

Topgolf is seeking a fun-loving, dedicated, and caring Service Support Playmaker to help create exceptional experiences for Players and fellow Playmakers. The role is suited to someone who enjoys a fast-paced, collaborative environment and brings a positive attitude, teamwork, and a strong focus on Players. Prior hospitality or entertainment experience is a plus but is not required.

Service Support Playmakers greet Players, deliver food and drinks to bays, assist with preparing non-alcoholic beverages, maintain clean and stocked service areas, bus bays and tables, and fold napkins to Topgolf standards. They also support the team as needed by restocking stations, helping on the tee line, and keeping common areas clean. The role includes following safety and sanitation standards and upholding Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring.

This is an active role in a high-volume environment. It requires being on your feet for most of the day, moving between tasks, and lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds, including food trays on stairs and across different elevations. Bending, stooping, and maintaining pace during long shifts are also required.

• Ability to maintain pace during long shifts and sustained tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet every Player with a smile and friendly energy.
• Deliver food and drinks efficiently to bays so Players have what they need.
• Assist in preparing non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain clean and stocked service areas.
• Bus bays and tables and fold napkins to Topgolf standards.
• Support the team where needed, including restocking stations, helping on the tee line, and keeping common areas clean.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards and keep the work area clean, safe, and compliant.
