Service Support (Food Runner)
About The Position
Topgolf is hiring a Service Support Playmaker to help deliver enjoyable experiences for Players in a fast-paced, collaborative entertainment environment. The role focuses on friendly, efficient service and supporting the service team. Prior hospitality or entertainment experience is a plus but is not required. The position involves greeting Players, delivering food and drinks to bays, assisting with non-alcoholic beverages, and maintaining clean, stocked service areas. Team members may also restock stations, assist on the tee line, bus bays and tables, fold napkins to Topgolf standards, and clean common areas. The role requires following safety and sanitation standards and living Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring. This is an active, physically demanding role in a high-volume environment. Team members spend most of the day on their feet and may lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds, including transporting food trays across different elevations and stairs. The listed pay is $18.00 per hour, and the position is tip-eligible. Day, night, and weekend shifts are available; both part-time and full-time schedules are mentioned. Benefits are available to qualifying team members.
Requirements

- Ability to stay engaged in physical tasks and maintain pace during long shifts or demanding tasks.

Responsibilities
- Greet every Player with a smile and friendly energy.
- Deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently and ensure Players have what they need.
- Assist in preparing non-alcoholic beverages.
- Maintain clean and stocked service areas.
- Bus bays and tables and fold napkins to Topgolf standards.
- Support the team as needed, including restocking stations, helping on the tee line, and cleaning common areas.
- Follow safety and sanitation standards and keep the work area clean, safe, and compliant.
