Service Support (Food Runner)
About The Position
Topgolf is hiring a Service Support Playmaker to help create fun, welcoming experiences for Players in a fast-paced, collaborative entertainment environment. The role includes greeting Players, delivering food and drinks to bays, assisting with non-alcoholic beverages, and keeping service areas and shared spaces clean, stocked, and safe. Service Support team members support fellow Playmakers where needed and follow Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring. This is an active role that involves being on your feet for most of the shift, moving throughout the venue, and handling physical tasks such as carrying food trays up and down stairs and across different elevations. The listed pay range is $18.00 per hour, and the position is tip eligible. Day, night, and weekend shifts are available. Benefits are available to qualifying team members.
Requirements
- Maintain a positive attitude and a team-oriented approach.
- Focus on providing Players with an excellent experience.
- Remain composed in a popular, high-volume environment.
- Lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds, including food trays.
- Be comfortable lifting, bending, stooping, carrying, walking, and being on your feet for most of the day.
- Keep pace through a variety of active tasks and long shifts in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities
- Greet every Player with a smile and friendly energy.
- Deliver food and drinks efficiently to bays so Players have what they need.
- Assist in preparing non-alcoholic beverages.
- Maintain clean and stocked service areas.
- Bus bays and tables and fold napkins to Topgolf standards.
- Support the team where needed, including restocking stations, helping on the tee line, and keeping common areas clean.
- Follow safety and sanitation standards and keep the work area clean, safe, and compliant.
