About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead its customer-facing service team both on route and in-house. This middle-management role has direct supervisory and leadership accountability. The supervisor oversees the team’s customer service, sales, and pickup and delivery of products, and ensures customers receive high-quality service and products efficiently. The role also oversees customer relationships, contract renewals, internal sales, route efficiency, and driver compliance. The supervisor drives a company-owned vehicle to customer sites and assists the team with lifting, carrying, and walking in and out of customer accounts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Active driver's license before the first day of employment.
• At least 21 years of age before the first day of employment.
• Obtain DOT medical certification before the first day of employment.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment before the first day of employment.
• Meet all Department of Transportation or provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience working in a sales-related role.
• Customer service experience, preferably in an industrial or service industry.
• Training or instructor experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the service team in providing customer service, sales, and product pickup and delivery to customers.
• Hire, train, develop, and evaluate service team members.
• Ensure customers receive the highest level of customer service and product quality efficiently.
• Drive a company-owned vehicle to and from customer sites.
• Assist the service team with lifting, carrying, and walking in and out of customer accounts.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships.
• Handle customer contract renewals.
• Increase internal sales.
• Maintain an efficient route structure and driver compliance.
