About The Position

Morrie's Auto Group is hiring a full-time Service Runner at Morrie's 394 Hyundai in Saint Louis Park, Minnesota. The role supports the service department by helping customers, assisting service advisors, moving and cleaning vehicles, and performing office and other operational duties. Requirements

Reliable and punctual.
Solid driving and parking skills.
Able to keep up in a fast-paced environment.
Clean driving record.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Shuttle customers to and from home or work while their car is being repaired.
Assist with filing and other office duties.
Hand-wash and vacuum vehicles.
Run customers' cars through the car wash.
Assist other guests during high-traffic times in the service drive.
Pick up parts when needed.
Move vehicles for technicians.
Keep the service aisle neat and orderly.
Answer phones in the service department.
Greet customers on the service drive.
Work as a cohesive member of the service team to direct customers, handle customer relations, and serve as a liaison between customers and advisors.
File repair orders.
Perform other miscellaneous duties as requested.
