About The Position
Culligan by WaterCo is seeking an organized, customer-focused Service & Route Coordinator to support smooth operations and enhance customer experiences. The role involves providing in-person customer support, maintaining customer accounts, processing invoices and discounts, and monitoring call volumes to identify potential process improvements. The position is part-time, scheduled Tuesday through Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Pay is $14.00–$16.00 per hour.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with IFS, Salesforce, or similar systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to problem-solve, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of customer service experience, route coordination, or operations experience (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Provide in-person customer support.
- Set up and maintain customer accounts.
- Process invoices and discounts accurately.
- Monitor daily call volumes and propose process improvements.
- Lift up to 40 pounds.
- Operate a fork truck minimally.
