Route Service Representative (Warehouse Support)
About The Position
ITU AbsorbTech is hiring a Route Service Representative to primarily support warehouse operations and material handling in St. Paul, Minnesota. The role involves loading, unloading, staging, and preparing products for delivery, as well as maintaining an organized dock. The representative also provides route coverage as needed, serving customers and building relationships through reliable, high-quality service. Route coverage includes driving a 26-foot box truck; training is provided, and no CDL is required. The schedule is four 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday, with possible coverage for overnight routes based on business needs. The position pays $20–$22 per hour, with commission opportunities. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous route delivery, sales, or customer service experience is preferred. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Comfortable driving a box truck; training is provided.
- Able to stand, walk, lift, push, and pull products throughout the workday.

Responsibilities
- Transfer products from service trucks to semi-trailers daily.
- Unload semi-trailers, stage products, and prepare loads for the route service team.
- Operate forklifts, power pallet jacks, and drum carts to load and unload trailers.
- Maintain a clean and organized dock area.
- Provide route coverage during vacations, high route volume, and employee absences.
- Operate a 26-foot box truck and provide excellent customer service when covering routes.
