About The Position

Strategic Retail Partners is hiring a Route Service Representative in Phoenix, Arizona. The company provides in-store merchandising solutions to retailers across the United States and Canada. This hourly, non-exempt role involves independently traveling across a large territory to service store locations, implement merchandising plans, and maintain company standards. The representative uses a company vehicle and maintains a company-paid storage unit for additional inventory. The daily schedule starts at 6:00 a.m. and is typically 48–52 hours per week, with periodic overtime available. The role may require spending two to three nights per week in a hotel depending on route business needs. The position pays $19–$20 per hour; the stated estimated annual compensation range of $53,352–$62,400 is based on a 50-hour workweek and includes expected overtime and performance-based bonuses. Actual earnings may vary by schedule, experience, and location.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Comfort using technology, including smartphone apps, Outlook, and Zoom.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Able to rent and operate a rental car through a company-approved vendor when required for travel or site visits.
• Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and bend, push, stoop, and kneel for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Physical ability to climb in and out of a vehicle frequently.

Responsibilities

• Travel independently across a large territory and visit various store locations to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Drive a company vehicle to stores on the assigned route.
• Set up, replenish, and merchandise products in stores.
• Arrange and maintain product displays to improve visual appeal and drive sales.
• Maintain planograms for consistency across store locations.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure promotional materials are accurately placed.
• Work with store managers and other team members to achieve merchandising goals.
• Manage stock, rotate products, and keep shelves well-stocked.
• Maintain a company-paid storage unit for additional inventory.
