About The Position

Watermill Express is the national leader in refill kiosks that provide affordable, sustainable, safe drinking water and ice in a convenient drive-up format. The Route Service Representative is assigned a company vehicle and services a designated route of refill kiosks. This is not a sales position; the role focuses on kiosk upkeep, cleanliness, and proper operation, and requires working in all weather conditions.

The position is highly independent and hands-on. The representative drives to each kiosk and performs routine cleaning, basic maintenance, minor repairs, and troubleshooting to keep water and ice kiosks functional, clean, and operating at peak performance. Success requires taking pride in maintaining and cleaning equipment, attention to detail, and ownership of each kiosk’s condition and performance. This position is considered safety sensitive because operating a company vehicle on public roadways is an essential requirement.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience working with hand tools is desirable.
• Maintenance experience or previous training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines and act in a safe manner.
• Clean and sanitize outside vending areas.
• Verify component functionality.
• Drive a company vehicle to company locations and units throughout the assigned area.
• Perform basic maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of units.
• Collect water samples.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
