About The Position

Nixon Medical is hiring a Route Service Representative (RSR) to provide customer service to healthcare clients while independently managing an assigned route. The role involves delivering and picking up medical linens and garments, managing inventory, and recommending additional products and services to grow route revenue. Representatives also load and unload company trucks to support accurate, timely deliveries.

The schedule is Monday through Friday with an early morning start and no nights or weekends. The position offers guaranteed earnings of $1,000 per week, with commission-based potential to earn $85,000 or more annually. Requirements

• Customer-focused, friendly, and professional.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, taking ownership of the route and service quality.
• Strong communication skills to build lasting customer relationships.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• DOT physical required.
