About The Position

Cozzini Bros. is a knife rental and sharpening service for restaurants and commercial kitchens. The Route Service Representative delivers and exchanges cutlery and kitchen blades for restaurant, food service, and grocery customers. The role also involves promoting and selling company programs and promotional items, collecting invoice payments, tracking customer knife sets with handheld devices, operating company vehicles safely, and maintaining customer relationships. The position is based in Farmington Hills, Michigan. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, with 10-hour shifts. The work includes light-duty deliveries using a small sprinter or transit van; a CDL is not required. Overnight travel may be required on some routes. Requirements

Ability to load, unload, lift, and carry deliveries, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds repeatedly.

Ability to sit and stand for extended periods and sustain physical tasks throughout a 10-hour shift.
Dexterity to load and unload delivery items safely.
Ability to handle and operate handheld devices for delivery tracking and inventory management.
Stable work history and a clean driving record.
Ability to comply with safe driving techniques and company vehicle safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Deliver and exchange cutlery for national and local restaurant, food service, and grocery customers.
Deliver and exchange kitchen blades for can openers, deli slicers, food processors, and other food service equipment.
